The primary objective of the park was to create a high-quality public space
that organically connects the central part of Saulkrasti with the beach.
Several functional zones have been developed within the park, providing
diverse recreational opportunities, including beach volleyball courts,
outdoor fitness equipment, and children’s playgrounds.

The pedestrian pathways are designed as lightweight, permeable timber structures
that respect the surrounding natural environment while creating a subtle and transparent landscape element.
The chosen solution is sensitive to the existing ecosystem and allows the deck structure to function
as a unified matrix for integrating various landscape and public amenity elements.

Benches, sun loungers, bicycle racks, and waste bins are seamlessly incorporated into the pathway structure,
creating a coherent and visually harmonious public space design.
