The proposed arrangement of the buildings creates a diamond-shaped development pattern,
providing a courtyard-like spatial organization and ensuring optimal sunlight exposure for the apartments.
Each building is provided with a clearly defined area featuring parking spaces and landscaped green areas with children’s playgrounds.

The design of the new residential building volumes is based on well-established planning principles for multi-storey apartment buildings,
combined with contemporary trends in residential architecture. Increasing importance is being placed on apartments
with integrated private outdoor spaces — balconies, loggias, or terraces — which significantly
enhance the quality of living and expand the functional possibilities of the home.
