The historic building located within the inner part of the block
has undergone a significant functional transformation — from its original use
as a warehouse, it has been converted into a multifunctional public service building
serving employees of the surrounding office buildings.
During the reconstruction of the Vingruma Club, one of the key objectives was to ensure
the independent and efficient operation of all functions provided within the building.

By integrating a new lobby volume into the third floor of the building’s main façade,
a clear and functionally well-structured layout for the club was created.
The renovated building accommodates fitness, aerobics and exercise halls,
as well as a small SPA area, solarium and hair salon,
creating a comprehensive health and wellness environment.
