Location of the centre is in the area around Rezekne castle mound that is protected under the rules for preserving historic objects. It serves as a buffer zone for castle mound, however, it significantly complicates connecting important town territories functionally. Our proposed solution is more than just a building. It also serves as a pedestrian flow object that connects Br.Skrindu street and Krasta street with several comfortable teraces that open a good view to a number of tourist attraction objects.
